1–7 business days for your item to be crafted and dispatched.
During peak sale periods, processing times may increase to 10 business days.

Orders over $170 AUD: FREE Express Shipping.
Orders under $170 AUD: $9.99 AUD Express Shipping.

International (DHL Express):

USA & NZ: $20 AUD (3–5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD.
Asia: $30 AUD (5–7 business days).
Middle East: $55 AUD (5–7 business days).
Rest of the World: $30 AUD (3–5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer simple and hassle-free exchanges through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for store credit or exchange. To qualify:

Items must be in saleable condition, showing no signs of damage or wear.
Items must be returned with all original packaging.

Please Note:

We cannot accept exchanges for earrings, belly rings, hair clips, or our Flyaway Fix Serum.
Custom or engraved jewellery is non-exchangeable.
