14 Day Complimentary Warranty
We offer a hassle-free 14 day warranty on all our pieces, from the date of delivery. This covers material and shipping costs to and from our warehouse. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear), and we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product.
Please note: Our warranty excludes complementary gifts purchased through promotional sales.
Secondary 6-Month Warranty
We also provide a secondary 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear such as scratches, lost items, breakage, or improperly maintained pieces. Additionally, while the secondary warranty covers the cost of materials and labor, shipping costs to and from our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer.
Repairs outside our Warranty Periods
We provide only 1 repair for our pieces that have unfortunately broken outside the 6 month warranty period. As these repairs are considered a result of general wear and tear, a repair and shipping fee will be applied. To request this service, please email hello@thelittl.com with a photo of the item and order number.
Please note that deciding whether the fault is a manufacturing fault or a result of general wear and tear, is up to the discretion of The Littl. General wear and tear such as chemical exposure during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. The Littl's jewellery is delicate, and should be handled with care, as explained in the product care instructions provided with every order.
