We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, however, almost all of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your order to be handmade and dispatched. During the peak sale periods, processing times can increase to 10 business days. Shipping times frames are then added onto the processing times above.

Rush my order: Do you need your order urgently? Skip the line and add our priority fee to your order so we can hand-make and dispatch your jewellery within 1 business day.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING - Australia Post

- Orders over $170 aud: FREE Express Shipping.

- Orders under $170 aud: $9.99 aud Express Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DHL Express

USA + NZ: $20 AUD (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD.
Asia: $30 AUD (5-7 business days).
Middle East: $55 AUD (5-7 business days).
Rest of the world: $30 AUD (3-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD.

TAXES/DUTIES
International duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. The Littl is not responsible for these fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging needs to be returned with the item(s)), within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Please email hello@thelittl.com to organise an exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the exchange or return of earrings, belly-rings and hair-clips.

We also cannot accept exchanges on custom/engraved jewellery.

If you used a promotional code to receive a free pair of earrings and you'd like a return on a faulty item that was purchased (therefore making you not eligible for the promotion anymore), the gifted earrings will need to be returned to us before we can process the refund.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

FAQ

Discount codes, offers and promotions:
Our promotions are not available in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount can be used per order.

Packaging:
All orders (without purchased gift boxes) will come in a basic Littl pouch and recyclable mailer box. If you are wanting to purchase jewellery as a gift, please add a gift box to your cart (you can do this at the same time as when you add the item of jewellery to your cart). If you are purchasing multiple gifts and are needing multiple gift boxes, make sure to add a gift box with each of those jewellery items, when adding them to your cart.

International checkout:
The Littl process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is displayed in your country's currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.
