Our collections are true to Australian standard sizing. Please note that in general, if you are between sizes, we recommend you size up. Please email us with your measurements if you are unsure what size you are and we will assist you with correct sizing.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee that we will have all sizes in stock if you decide you need to exchange a piece to another size. We therefore do not offer refunds if you’d like a difference size, and the size you’d now like is sold out.

If you are not sure what size you should order, we recommend you order BOTH sizes and simply return one for a refund. A refund will only be accepted in this case (excluding return shipping) if 2x of the exact same bikinis are ordered, clearly proving to us that they were both purchased for size comparing purposes.

CARE

- Rinse immediately after use to clean out salt, sand, pool water and perspiration.

- Hand wash in cool/warm water with mild detergent or liquid soap after every wear.

- Do not wring, soak or bleach.

- Do not tumble dry- only drip dry in shade.

- Do not leave rolled up wet or store when damp.

- Do not iron or dry clean.

- Do not wear in over-chlorinated water.

- Avoid contact with rough surfaces (like velcro, rocks or poolside tiles and pavers) as this may cause pulling to swimwear.

- Some sunscreen lotions, tanning oils and fake tanning products may mark, stain or damage swimwear - this is not a fault of the swimsuit - please keep these off your swimsuit.

Littl Swim does not take any responsibility for garments that are ruined or damaged due to poor care in wearing, washing and handling.

We only offer exchanges on swimwear for store credits. Customers must reach out within 14 days via email to initiate the process.

To qualify for an exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:  
- Customers must reach out via email within 14 days of delivery.
- Unworn and undamaged in original condition  
- Original tags and hygiene protection sticker intact  
- Original packaging include
- Must be returned within 14 days of delivery

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Reach out: Email us at hello@littlswim.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Please also provide a tracking number once shipped.  
   
   
2. Return your item(s): Ship the item(s) to the return address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.  
   
   
3. Processing time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your exchange within 7 business days.
   
   
4.  Store credit: All exchanges will be issued as store credit. You’ll receive an email with details once your credit has been processed.  
   
   
5. Place a new order: You can use your store credit to purchase a new item from our website.  

REFUNDS

Please note that we do not offer refunds, except in the following case: 

If you purchase two identical bikinis in different sizes for the purpose of size comparison, we will accept a return and issue a refund for one of them. This helps ensure you get the perfect fit without risking your preferred size selling out before an exchange is possible.
